What to Wear to an Audition?

Having a successful audition takes some preparation sure, making sure you have the lines right on the script, making sure you bring your comp card or portfolio with you. But have you ever thought about how important your appearance is? When heading out to a Michigan Modeling Agencies make sure you’re dressed right! Dressing to win makes you a winner sometimes. Some female talent who are just starting out in the industry get it confused that you must wear something that stands out, or makes you memorable. But that’s not true at all in the industry. It’s your face and your personality that will make you memorable. Leave the bright colors and cut off shorts at home. Dressing appropriate is key when headed to an audition. Girls, the best form of advice you need to write down is heels, heels, and heels. No matter how tall you are it will make you look more appealing to the eye. Make sure your hair is down, and you have minimal make up on. Meaning, you can wear cover up and mascara, but you do not need to be compared to a clown when you walk out of auditions. Make sure you have form fitted clothing on, not something you’d wear to the club, but something you’d wear to show off your figure in a very classy way. Jeans are appropriate with a nice heel, and a cute top. Make sure that you have the best looking and most natural you at the audition. Casting directors will see that!

In January 27, 1940, one of the most notable film and television actors of his decade was born to bring greatness to the world of Hollywood. James Cromwell in known for his many contributions in the world of acting since the time he started his career. It was only in the 1990s when James’ star began to shine and the world started to take notice.

His most notable works began in 1995 when took on the role in the movie Babe where he got nominated for an Academy Award in the Best Supporting Actor category. He then worked on a sequel of Star Trek: First Contact in 1996 and then on LA Confidential a year after that.

For the generations of today, they have known James Cromwell for his roles in the movies, The Green Mile and The Sum of All Fears. Others also are familiar with his television series Six Feet Under.

Because of the many films that James Cromwell has completed, he can surely boast of the many awards and distinction in his career. This includes Oscar nominations, Emmy Awards, and Screen Actors Guild Awards.
